A subscription to Marketshare Investing grants one individual, non-transferable licence to read the research we publish, for personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, resell or scrape subscriber content, or use it to train or operate automated trading or resale products.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We may suspend or end access for accounts that breach these terms or that share subscriber content. We may change the publication schedule or the content we produce, and we aim to give notice of material changes to the service.

The free market news feed and its JSON endpoint are provided as-is, without warranty of completeness, accuracy or availability. Attribution to the original publisher is required when you redistribute items from it.

We collect the minimum needed to run the publication: an account identifier from Sign in with Freebuff, the email address on that account, and your subscription and billing status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

If you sign in, our authentication provider sets a session cookie that the page's JavaScript cannot read. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

We keep subscription records while your account is active and for as long as needed to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by writing to the desk; billing records required by law will be retained.
